Becomming a shareholder

If you want become one the owners of the GeoTeg initiative, that is also possible, and you're more than welcome.


At the moment GeoTeg is a subsidiary of the CloakAlert b.v. (a Dutch ltd.) where there a two kinds of shares, 1.200 in total. Ones with and ones without voting rights, their share in the future profit is the same. Shares without voting rights are set at EUR 1.000,- per share (2 April 2021).
